Amerian Army

The Amerian Army was the military force that controlled the American continent in the Regild Century and served as one of the primary antagonistic factions in Mobile Suit Gundam: Reconguista in G. The Amerian Army represented one of several competing powers seeking influence over the Capital Tower and its photon battery energy supply.

Overview

In the fragmented political landscape of the Regild Century, the Amerian Army controlled the vast territory of the American continent. Like other regional powers, the Amerian Army depended on photon batteries distributed from the Capital Tower for its energy supply. This dependence created tension between Ameria and the Capital Tower administration, as control of the energy supply was leverage over all factions that relied upon it.

The Amerian Army fielded its own mobile suit forces, including the advanced VGMM-Gb10 G-Lucifer piloted by ace Klim Nick, as well as other units such as the VGMM-Gb14 G-Rach and the VGMM-Gb15 Gaitrash.

History

Conflict with the Capital Tower

The Amerian Army’s relationship with the Capital Tower administration was characterised by competition and occasional hostility. The Amerian Army sought greater autonomy and influence over the photon battery supply, and this brought them into conflict with both the Capital Guard and the Capital Army.
