Cumpa Rusita (クンパ・ルシータ, Kunpa Rushīta) was a Capital Army officer who played an active role in the military operations and political manoeuvring that defined the events of Mobile Suit Gundam: Reconguista in G. As a member of the Capital Army’s officer corps, he was part of the military apparatus that sought to assert control over the Capital Tower during a period of escalating crisis.

Cumpa Rusita served as an officer within the Capital Army, the military force responsible for the security of the Capital Tower and its surrounding territories.
