Tieria Erde (ティエリア・アーデ, Tieria Āde) is a Gundam Meister for Celestial Being who pilots the GN-005 Gundam Virtue in Mobile Suit Gundam 00. Tieria is an Innovade, an artificial humanoid android created by Celestial Being. Initially emotionless and focused solely on following orders, Tieria gradually develops emotions and genuine relationships with his fellow Gundam Meisters throughout the series.
Biography
Origins
Tieria Erde is an Innovade, an artificial humanoid android created by Celestial Being using advanced biotechnology. Unlike biological humans, Tieria was created specifically to serve Celestial Being’s mission, and his initial personality reflected this purpose: logical, emotionless, and entirely focused on following orders and completing objectives.
Tieria’s connection to Veda, Celestial Being’s supercomputer, gives him unique abilities and information access that biological humans do not possess. This connection initially makes him distant from his fellow Gundam Meisters, as he views them through a lens of logic and efficiency rather than emotional connection.
Mobile Suit Gundam 00
As a Gundam Meister, Tieria pilots the GN-005 Gundam Virtue, a heavily armoured mobile suit with powerful beam cannons. The Virtue can transform, revealing the GN-004 Gundam Nadleeh underneath, a lighter mobile suit with different capabilities.
