ASW-G-08 Gundam Barbatos Lupus

The ASW-G-08 Gundam Barbatos Lupus (ASW-G-08 ガンダムバルバトスルプス) is the upgraded form of the Gundam Barbatos in the second season of Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. Piloted by Mikazuki Augus, it offers improved mobility and output over the original refit before being further upgraded to the Barbatos Lupus Rex.

Design

The Lupus retains the Barbatos frame and dual Ahab Reactors but receives new armour and equipment for Season 2. It remains a close-combat machine with nanolaminate armour and Alaya-Vijnana compatibility. The Lupus Rex form later adds a tail unit and even greater melee focus.
