Mashin
Mashin (魔動王) is the Japanese name for the Rune Gods in Magic Knight Rayearth—sentient giant robots that bond psychically with their pilots. The three Mashin are Rayearth (fire wolf), Selece (sea dragon), and Windam (wind bird); they transform into humanoid combat forms and combine into Combined Rayearth. Hikaru Shidou, Umi Ryuuzaki, and Fuu Hououji pilot them.
