Rune Gods
The Rune Gods (魔動王 Mashin) are the sentient giant robots in Magic Knight Rayearth. They take animal forms—Rayearth (fire wolf), Selece (sea dragon), Windam (wind bird)—and transform into humanoid combat forms, bonding psychically with Hikaru Shidou, Umi Ryuuzaki, and Fuu Hououji. They combine into Combined Rayearth.
