The Type J9 Griffon (グリフォン, Gurifon) is a high-performance Labor that serves as the antagonist in the Griffon storyline of Patlabor: The TV Series. The arc was adapted in the game Mobile Police Patlabor: Chapter of Griffon. SV2 Division 2 confronts the Griffon using their Patrol Labors.
