SV2 Division 2 (特車二課第二小隊) is the Special Vehicle Section division at the heart of Patlabor. Led by Captain Goto, it includes Noa Izumi—pilot of the AV-98 Ingram “Alphonse”—Asuma Shinohara, and the rest of the ragtag team. The division handles Labor-related crimes and incidents across the Babylon Project and Tokyo.
