Theoto Rikka (テオト・リッカ), commonly called Theo, is an Eighty-Six Processor in Spearhead Squadron in 86 -Eighty-Six-, known by the personal name Laughing Fox. He serves as a platoon leader in the Eighty-Sixth Strike Package, piloting a Juggernaut alongside Shinei Nouzen, Raiden Shuga, and the rest of the squadron.
Guileless and blunt, Theo rarely holds back his opinions and carries a grudge against most Alba for the Republic’s treatment of the Colorata—though a past experience with an Alba squadron leader who sacrificed himself so his Eighty-Six could escape left a lasting mark and inspired his personal name. He keeps a sketchbook and often draws; his honesty and sarcastic humour make him a sharp presence within Spearhead.
