Kray Foresight

Kray Foresight (クレイ・フォーサイト) is the main antagonist of Promare, Governor of the Independent Republic of Promepolis and chief director of the Foresight Foundation. He became a celebrated hero after rescuing a young Galo Thymos from a fire, losing his left arm in the process—an act that earned him Galo’s lasting admiration and propelled his career from fireproof-materials researcher to inventor of the instant-freeze bullet used against the Burnish.

Behind his public image, Kray conducts unethical experiments on the Burnish and orchestrates their persecution. His betrayal forces Galo and Lio Fotia to join forces to expose the truth and save both Promepolis and the Burnish from his plans.
