Galo Thymos

Galo Thymos (ガロ・ティモス) is the main protagonist of Promare, a brash but big-hearted firefighter and the newest recruit of the high-mobility Burning Rescue team. Famous for his catchphrases and “burning soul”, he charges headlong into danger to save civilians and extinguish any injustice he sees.

Initially clashing with Lio Fotia and the Burnish, Galo’s determination to understand why they fight leads him to uncover the truth behind Promepolis, the Burnish, and the global crisis threatening the planet. His journey turns him from a simple hot-blooded hero into someone willing to challenge the system he serves to protect both ordinary people and persecuted Burnish.
