Carta Issue (カルタ・イッシュ, Karuta Isshu) was a Gjallarhorn officer and mobile suit pilot in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. She came from the Issue family, one of the Seven Stars, and was devoted to Gaelio Bauduin. She pursued Tekkadan in battle and was killed when her forces were defeated; her death affected Gaelio and the Gjallarhorn command.

Biography

Carta led a Gjallarhorn unit and piloted a custom EB-06 Graze-type unit. She was emotionally invested in Gaelio and in proving herself in combat. During an engagement with Tekkadan she was killed, contributing to Gaelio’s later thirst for revenge against McGillis Fareed and Tekkadan.
