Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Runga Offing Cannonade Battle

Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Runga Offing Cannonade Battle (ルンガ沖砲撃戦) is a radio drama side story for Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory, set between episodes 7 and 8 of the OVA. It depicts a Federation–Zeon engagement in the Runga Offing area, expanding on the space battles that occur off-screen in the main series and introducing additional personnel such as Aristide Hughes.

Originally released as an audio drama, the story was later referenced in print materials and adapted as a scenario in the PlayStation 2 game Mobile Suit Gundam: Encounters in Space, where players can experience the operation as a playable mission. Together with Mayfly of Space, it forms part of the extended media that fleshes out the military context surrounding Operation Stardust and the Gundam Development Project.
