Zero Requiem

The Zero Requiem (ゼロの鎮魂歌, Zero no Chinkonka) was the plan conceived by Lelouch vi Britannia and Suzaku Kururugi at the end of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2. To end global conflict, Lelouch made himself the world’s enemy—becoming Emperor and concentrating hatred on himself—so that Suzaku, disguised as Zero, could assassinate him and establish Zero as a lasting symbol of peace.

The plan concludes the original timeline and is referenced in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection, which continues in an alternate continuity.
