Teletha Testarossa (often called Tessa) is the captain of Mithril’s submarine Tuatha de Danaan and the tactical commander overseeing Sousuke Sagara’s mission to protect Kaname Chidori. She is a prodigy and forms a romantic rivalry with Kaname over Sousuke. She appears across the Full Metal Panic anime.
