The Kingdom of Foundation (ファウンデーション王国, Faundēshon Ōkoku) was an antagonist nation in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom. Led by Queen Aura Maha Khyber (a Coordinator geneticist) and Chancellor Orphee Lam Tao (a Coordinator pilot who commanded the Black Knight Squad), Foundation opposed Compass and pursued its own agenda in Cosmic Era 75, leading to the film’s main conflict. Both leaders were killed in action during the events of the film.
