JIOR is the neutral major power in the Valvrave franchise’s True Calendar universe, alongside the militaristic Dorssia and economically focused ARUS. Module 77—the setting for the main conflict—is a JIOR module where Haruto Tokishima and others discover the Valvraves, triggering the chain of events that exposes the Magius and the Council of One Hundred and One.
