Gargantia (fleet)
Gargantia is the fleet of interconnected ships that forms the main setting of Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet. After the second Ice Age left Earth covered by ocean, humanity lives on such floating cities. The Gargantia fleet is where Ledo and Chamber land and where Amy and the rest of the cast live, salvage, and work. It represents both home and the theme of human resilience and adaptation.
