Bokurano: Ours (2003–2009) is the manga by Mohiro Kitoh serialised in Monthly Ikki. Fifteen children contract to pilot Zearth; each pilot dies after their battle. The anime adaptation (2007) by Gonzo took a different direction; Bokurano: Alternative is a light novel with new characters.
