Arzenal is the hidden military installation in the Cross Ange franchise where Norma are forcibly conscripted to pilot Para-mails against DRAGONs. The facility’s existence is justified by the interdimensional threat whilst serving to remove Norma from Misurugi Empire society. Ange is sent there after being exposed as a Norma. A PlayStation Vita game explored alternative scenarios at Arzenal through the character Naomi.
