The Scub Coral is the intelligent alien entity in Eureka Seven. Its presence created the Trapar particle system that allows LFOs to surf. Humanity’s relationship with the Scub Coral—fear vs coexistence—drives the story. Eureka is a Coralian, a human-form being created by the Scub Coral to bridge species.
