Ōmori Hidetoshi (大森英敏, Ōmori Hidetoshi) is a Japanese character designer who designed characters for Mobile Suit Victory Gundam. His designs for Üsso Ewin and other characters emphasized their youth and vulnerability, reinforcing the series’ anti-war themes through visual characterization that made clear these were children in adult warfare.

Working under director Tomino Yoshiyuki, Ōmori created character designs that deliberately emphasized youth:
- Üsso Ewin designed to appear genuinely child-like (age 13)
- Shakti Kareen and other young characters similarly youthful
- Adults clearly distinguished from children
