In April UC 0105, Gigi Andalucia used her ministerial limousine to transport Hathaway Noa from the interrogation facility to the Tasaday Hotel in Davao. This demonstrated both her high status within Federation circles and the luxurious lifestyle available to those with government connections.

The vehicle’s assignment to Gigi revealed her significant influence and connections within the Federation government, despite her mysterious background and apparent civilian status. Her access to a ministerial limousine suggested she possessed official standing or powerful patronage within the corrupt Federation hierarchy.

The use of such luxury vehicles by government officials whilst ordinary citizens faced deportation and oppression under the Man Hunter programme exemplified the Federation’s transformation into a corrupt oligarchy that prioritised privilege over justice.

The limousine’s luxurious appointments reflected the Federation government’s increasing focus on privilege and status, contrasting sharply with the harsh conditions imposed on ordinary citizens through policies like the Man Hunter programme.
