Macross Plus is a Macross OVA and film set in 2040. Rival test pilots Isamu Dyson and Guld Goa Bowman compete to develop the next Variable Fighter, whilst the AI Sharon Apple becomes a central part of the story. The OVA was released from August 1994 to June 1995; a compiled film version followed.
