History
The Principality of Zeon developed the Launch as a light personnel transport for use in space operations. It served a similar function to the Space Launch used by the Earth Federation Forces.
The Launch remained in service with Axis Zeon forces during the Gryps Conflict in UC 0087, demonstrating its reliability and longevity as a transport vessel.
Design
The Launch was designed as a small shuttle craft optimized for short-range personnel transport in space environments. Its primary role was ferrying crews and passengers between space vessels, colonies, and military installations. The vessel featured a standard cockpit that accommodated one pilot and had space for multiple passengers.
