Geze
Custom handmade mobile worker built by junk collector Gemon Bajack.
The Geze was a custom handmade mobile worker built and owned by junk collector Gemon Bajack at Side 1’s Shangri-La colony. The unit was piloted by its designer Gemon Bajack and later by former Titans pilot Yazan Gable.
The Geze had no official model number as it was a personal, handmade creation rather than a mass-produced unit.
History
The Geze was a personal handmade mobile worker built by junk collector Gemon Bajack at Side 1’s Shangri-La colony. Gemon constructed the machine primarily from mobile suit junk parts left over from the Gryps Conflict, incorporating high-power generators, movable frames, and gundarium as part of the armour. Despite being classified as a mobile worker, it could be considered a second-generation mobile suit based on its technical specifications alone.
The Geze was well-suited to retrieving trashed mobile suits, particularly due to its two pairs of manipulator arms. Gemon—seeking a little glory for himself—offered himself and the services of his Geze to Mashymre Cello, who had come to Shangri-La to make new allies among the spacenoids for Neo Zeon at the outbreak of the First Neo Zeon War in UC 0088.
Gemon tried on several occasions to root out and destroy the AEUG flagship Argama, which was hiding in Shangri-La. However, Gemon’s efforts were stopped time and again by the MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam, piloted by the hapless but extremely lucky Newtype youth Judau Ashta.
Gemon soon brought out his second handmade Geze unit, piloted by Yazan Gable—a former Titans pilot and now Gemon’s partner-in-crime, who also had a score to settle with the Zeta Gundam and the Argama. In the end, however, both men failed in their missions.
Design
The Geze was mainly composed of mobile suit junk parts from the time of the Gryps Conflict, including high-power generators, movable frames, and gundarium as part of the armour. By technical level alone, it could be classified as a second-generation mobile suit and had enough thrust to fly within a colony.
One highly unusual feature of the Geze was that its cockpit was mounted on a track all the way around the mobile worker’s waist, allowing the pilot’s position to rotate 360 degrees around the torso. The pilot’s external view was provided simply by a small window. This unique design allowed for enhanced situational awareness during operations.
The Geze was well-suited to retrieving trashed mobile suits, particularly due to its two pairs of manipulator arms. The rear pair of manipulators were nothing more than simple claws, good for grappling large objects, while the front pair were jointed hands used for more delicate work.
Despite being specialised for work, the Geze was almost equivalent to a military mobile suit in terms of power. However, there was no decent armament because it was specialised for salvage operations rather than combat.
Armaments
The Geze’s armament was minimal, reflecting its primary role as a salvage and construction vehicle.
Stun stick
The Geze could be equipped with a battery-powered stun stick stored on a storage rack on the torso back. This weapon was primarily intended for self-defence rather than serious combat operations.

Behind the scenes
The Geze was designed to represent the ingenuity of civilian engineers working with limited resources. Its construction from salvaged mobile suit parts reflected the post-war reality of the Universal Century, where advanced military technology found its way into civilian applications.
