Dakar

Dakar (ダカール, Dakāru) was a city on Earth serving as site for Earth Federation assembly meetings during the Universal Century. Dakar became historically significant during the Gryps Conflict as location where Quattro Bajeena delivered his famous televised speech exposing the Titans’ atrocities, fundamentally shifting the war’s political landscape.1
