Arm punch is the attack in the Armored Trooper VOTOMS franchise whereby Armored Troopers launch an explosive punch powered by gas cartridges. It reflects the series’ emphasis on practical, limited-capacity weaponry and field maintenance rather than unlimited super-weapons. Along with roller dash and mission disk operation, it demonstrates how engineering constraints shape AT capabilities.
