The Flyarrow was a fighter produced by the Earth Federation.
History
Prior to the advent of mobile weapons, the Earth Federation deployed conventional war machines in its military.
During the One Year War, the Flyarrow took on a supporting role to the newer and more advanced aircraft such as the FF-6 TIN Cod and the FF-S3 Saberfish.
Design
The Flyarrow was a conventional jet fighter armed with a pair of vulcan guns. Although the guns were effective against other conventional aircraft, they could not penetrate the armour of mobile weapons.

Kunio Okawara was the original mechanical designer.
The Flyarrow only appeared in episode 15 of the Mobile Suit Gundam anime series. It was removed in the compilation movies, presumably because it did not fit well in the setting that was portrayed.
