The Komyu was a personnel ferry aircraft produced by the Principality of Zeon.
History
The Principality of Zeon initially used spacecraft as their primary mode of transport. When they started expanding their territory onto the Earth’s surface, they needed vehicles that worked in the atmosphere.
The Komyu was designed to transport important persons.
Design
The Komyu relied on a vertical take-off and landing rotor to provide lift, and it relied on jet engines and wing-borne lift for forward flight. It had no weapons, since it served mainly to transport personnel.
