The Cui was a personnel carrier mass produced by the Principality of Zeon.
History
The Principality of Zeon designed the Cui to carry personnel on land.
A variant Cui Space Type was subsequently developed for use in space.
Design
The Cui had a unique design that looks nothing like conventional land carriers. This was attributed to the Principality of Zeon scientists having no experience with combat under Earth’s gravity. The carrier had a twin machine gun mounted on the top.
It had two wings where soldiers could stand. The wings had a slit to allow the soldiers to shoot at opponents and to have a view of the battlefield in front of the Cui.
The soldiers were usually equipped with jet-packs, allowing them to jump quickly deploy from the carrier and engage the enemy.
